The rectangular moulded top surmounted by a triangular pediment mounted with a maiden's mask, above the frieze mounted with girls playing the trompet, supported by four columns with engine-turned capitals, centred by a circular white enamelled Roman dial, the twin barrel movement with silk suspension and outside countwheel strike on one bell, above a plain plinth and on bun feet, mount to plinth missing
