A French ormolu-mounted mahogany dressing-table and mirror

Surmounted by an oval mirror within a 'ribbon'-tied reeded frame, with foliate-cast interwoven festoon to the base, supported on a pair of lion's paws, each with a pair of foliate-cast candle-branches, the right-hand paw inscribed Linke, the table with rectangular top with 'ribbon'-tied reeded edge, above a central drawer with laurel-wreath handles, flanked to each side by a pair of smaller drawers, on tapering legs headed by scrolling acanthus and husk pendants, on lion's-paw feet
