Circa 1760
Of stepped rectangular form, fitted with a cylindrical inkwell and pounce-pot, painted with fortified buildings and sponged trees above scrolling green, blue and ochre foliage (chip to one side at top, minor rim chipping and flaking, restoration to inkwell)
