Circa 1735, blue crossed swords marks, gilder's 10. and Dreher's * marks
Painted in the manner of C.F. Herold, with river landscapes with merchants and ships, the saucer with merchants at discussion among barrels and cargo on a quayside before a galleon and a distant town, within gilt quatrefoil cartouches with gilt scrolls and iron-red and puce scrolling foliage, the borders with gilt interlocking scrollwork, the interior of the teabowl with indianische Blumen, the reverse of the saucer with three iron-red concentric lines (very small area of restoration to interior of teabowl at rim, minute rubbing to gilt rim of teabowl and cartouche of saucer)
