Circa 1750, faint blue crossed swords mark to back of base
Modelled by J.J. Kndler and P. Reinicke, wearing a double-breasted white jacket, puce breeches and a white apron, holding up a joint of meat in his left hand and a saucepan in his left, seated on a brickwork block on a square base (knife-handle lacking, minor chip to back corner of base, minute chipping to edge of base)
