Enamelled in colours on gilt foil with a flower-spray including a half-opened pink rose, two buds and a pansy on a raised square panel inscribed Otto, and cut with a band of hobnail-within-diamond panels, with polished pillared flutes to the upper and lower parts, star-cut base
