Oloroso Reliquia Barbadillo This oloroso comes from the Don Antonio Barbadillo Ambrossy heritage where wines known as "the grandfather's" were discovered, alluding to his grandfather and founder of the company in 1821, Don Benigno Barbadillo Hortigela. The origin of this wine goes back to the first half of the 19th Century. These very old wines were called "Miura" and "Sirena", and even then they were valued at three times more than the oldest manzanillas. This wine, which is now more than 150 years old, would be classified as Oloroso Extra Dry. It has an elegant, clean, dark mahogany colour, with a tint of golden amber. On the nose it has an intense aroma of nuts and dried fruits, it is very full-bodied. This is an extremely complex and multi-structured wine - unforgettable
