2 (462 x 340mm). Title printed in red and black, one leaf of letterpress text. 23 full-page engravings by Ridinger. (Central section of title cut away, including vignette, and replaced, light dampstains, two marginal tears repaired, some unobtrusive marginal spotting.) Green paper boards (minor restoration at extremities and upper corner).

Ridinger's fine plates depicted animals of the chase: wolf, tiger, bears, deer, beaver, otter, hare, etc. The spoor of each animal is depicted in the lower part of each plate, making the album "an instructive one" (Schwerdt); the final three plates illustrate spoor only.
