Surmounted by an arched cornice above a female mask wearing an elaborate 'pearl' necklace, surmounted by a fleur-de-lys, flanked to each side by a pilaster with scrolling brackets, with a shaped plinth, above a scallop shell bowl, flanked to each side by a platform with pyramidal bracket
