Surmounted by an associated circular bronze sundial plate inscribed A D 1710 JONES LONDON DOCET UMBRA, above a stepped circular platform with egg-and-dart and Greek-key pattern friezes, above a fluted cylindrical spreading body, surmounted by a mask and swag frieze, above an acanthus lower section, on an acanthus-shaped square spreading foot and moulded plinth; the dial Circa 1710
