The main gates surmounted by an H in a cartouche and by scrolling foliate and flame cresting, each with three twisted and two square section uprights, within a scroll and fleur-de-lys border, the lower section with scrolls and foliage; the pedestrian gates each surmounted by a scrolling foliage cresting with coronet terminal, centred by the date 1871 surmounted by an H on top of the initials BCJ, above six sections, each with scroll top and middle frieze, with square section uprights, the lower section with central opening

By repute removed from the Holland House Estate, Holland Park, Kensington, London, formerly the residence of Giles Stephen Holland Fox-Strangeways, Earl of Ilchester. The House was occupied by the Holland Family from 1605 to 1820. It was demolished shortly after World War II.
