This watch was made to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the first flight across the South Altantic, from Portugal to Brazil, by the Portguese pilots Gago Continho and Sacadura Cabral.

The nickel plated self-winding movement, Calibre 671, with 37 jewels, fast oscillating gold balance, the frosted silvered dial with raised Arabic numerals, subsidiary dials for running seconds and 30 minute recorder, date aperture, luminous steel hands, sweep centre seconds operated by two round buttons in the band, in circular case with seconds scale to the inner edge of the bezel, downturned lugs, maker's leather strap and steel buckle, certificate of origin, book of instructions, presentation box and outer packaging, case, dial and movement signed
