The self-winding movement, calibre 33SC, with 21 carat gold rotor and gyromax balance, with the Geneva seal of quality, the textured black dial with luminous white gold Arabic numerals and hands, date aperture at 3, in typical case with flat rounded octagonal bezel, downturned lugs, screw down winder and screwed back, with maker's Tropical strap and double deployant stainless steel clasp, case, dial and movement signed

Launched in Autumn 1997, the Aquanaut was created as an extension of the 20 year old Nautilus range and shares the same distinctive "porthole" bezel. The popularity of this model prompted Patek Philippe to extend the Aquanaut collection and this version is now available in three sizes, (references 5065A, 5066A and 4960A).
