A SCOTTISH REGENCY BRASS-MOUNTED MAHOGANY SIDEBOARD
Inlaid overall with ebonised lines, the brass gallery with candle-holders, above a superstructure with two sliding panels and two drawers flanking the top with bowed front and frieze drawer above a kneehole drawer with baize-lined slide, flanked to one side by a cellaret-drawer and to the other with a door, on square reeded tapering legs with paper label to the underside inscribed 'Mrs Robert Trilson 28 Buccleuch Place Edinburgh', and one drawer with recent pencil inscription, the legs later

Bought by Mr. James Logan in 1919 as a wedding present for his wife and by descent to the present owner.
