TWO IVORY NETSUKE AND A MANJU

Of Shojo seated in a large sake cup, traces of red lacquer on her hair, with signature Hogyoku; a Dutchman carrying a karako on his back, inlay in dark horn, signed Anrakusai Mitsukuni, minute chip to robe; and a manju netsuke with Kikujido seated among chrysanthemums, a brush and inkstone beside him, signed Horaku (Ikkosai) with kao, chip and minor scratch
The netsuke 1.1/8in. (2.9cm.) and 2in. (5.1cm.) high respectively, the manju netsuke 1.11/16in. (4.3cn.) diam. (3)
