TWO TOSEI GUSOKU

A gomai yokohagi do tosei gusoku, the well formed three-plate Hineno kabuto mounted with tehen kanamono and maedate of gilt leather horns and a mon, the three-lame shikoro of komanju form; the do of pronounced hatomune form with leather kesan, well-shaped mempo with yodarekake, ko-sode, shino-gote suneate and haidate with hexagonal plates, the whole armour lacquered black with gilding on the lower plates and laced in green sugake-odoshi with white mimi-ito and red hishinui, mounted with pale blue brocade, some old damage; and a Okegawa yokohagi nimai do tosei gusoku, the twenty-four plate brown lacquer, five-lame Hinenon jikoro laced with kon ito sugake odoshi, the fukigayeshi lacquered with kiri mon, brown lacquered iron mempo of good form, the moustache replaced, three-lame itamono sugake yodarekake, the do brown lacquered with a coiled gold lacquered dragon on the front, itamono kusazuri laced kon-ito sugake-odoshi, brown lacquered itamono chu-sode, gold lacquered Oda-gote, gold lacquered ikada haidate and Shino-suneate, sode and yodarekake replaced, some old damage (2)
