The russet iron sixty-two plate suji bachi helmet with a six stage tehen kanamono, five lame iron kiritsuke ko-zane, komanju jikoro gold lacquered, the fukigayeshi [turn back on the forward edge of the neckguard] with a gold lacquered badge [mon], red and gold lacquered demon fore crest, a good russet iron Nara style mask with a hair moustache and silvered teeth, signed ...shu...Haruta Masa..., gold lacquered kiritsuke ko-zane throat defence [yodarekaki], go mai okegawa do [five piece pail sided cuirass] in russet iron, the main surface overlaid with pierced and decorated iron plates splashed with sawari [white metal], the mune ita [top front plate of the cuirass] has a mon in gold lacquer, bracket and socket for sashimono [small flag worn on the back cuirass] on the back, kusazuri of gold lacquered leather kiritsuke ko-zane [imitation lamellae], gold lacquered iron oda gote [style of sleeve], ikada haidate ["raft" thighguards], russet iron shino suneate [splint shinguards], all associated, with an armour box, some old damage
