Oval box, the cover and base centred by oval reserves depicting allegories of the Arts and of Music and Love, in four-colour gold on matted grounds, the cover reserves framed by a diamond-set ribbon with bow at top, the base reserve by a silver ribbon, both reserves on fluted grounds within foliage bands, the sides also with vertical flutes divided by four matted reserves chased with loves symbols and flowers
