A BALTIC EIGHT-LIGHT CHANDELIER
Late 18th early 19th Century
The central turned shaft with ring-finial suspending a concave-sided octagonal collar, the edge hung with cut-glass droplets and with overarching branches hung with conforming swagged droplets above two conforming undertiers, the lower tier issuing acanthus-wreathed candlebranches, the drip-pans hung with droplets and turned nozzles, fitted for electricity, losses, restorations and replacements
45 in. (114.3 cm.) high; 40 in. (101.6 cm.) diam.
