The glazed circular enamel dial with Roman and Arabic chapters and pierced foliate hands surrounded by foliate and floral swags inset within a stop-fluted column surmounted by a Grecian urn hung with floral swags, on a square pedestal with lion heads to the angles above an outset panel with a glazed roundel surrounded by ribbon-tied branches, on a stepped plinth and simulated marble base
