The Holy Family under the Cherry Tree
engraving, 1589, first state (of two), a very good impression, watermark Encircled Rampant Lion, trimmed to or fractionally within the borderline, the margins inconspicuously made up, traces of pen and ink in places at the extreme edges and along the borderline, a small repair (?) in the blank area on Mary's right knee, some discoloration, otherwise generally in good condition, S. 259 x 204mm.; and St. Mary Magdalen Penitent, engraving, 1582, second (final) state, a fairly good impression, trimmed just outside or on the borderline, a tiny repair on Mary's left eye, a small adhesion to the left of the skull, some staining, S. 175 x 130mm.
