etchings, engraved title-page (but lacking the half-title), text, and set of one etching by Rembrandt, 1633, en-texte, and seventeen etchings by William Basse, 1634, en-texte, the Rembrandt second (final) state, a fine impression, with good contrasts, one or two nicks at the right sheet edge, the leaves with minor discoloration mainly at the extreme sheet edges, otherwise in generally good condition, bound in eighteenth century vellum-backed speckled paper boards, leather spine label (lightly rubbed), a few skinned areas on the covers, lesser defects (book)
