On square plinth with four rosette and acanthus foliage scroll feet, the baluster-shaped body with two bifurcated branch, flower and quilted scroll handles, with acanthus and scroll spigot with openwork anthemion and scroll tap, the detachable domed cover with detachable baluster finial, the body and cover chased with spiral flutes and flat-chased with panels of diaperwork, scrolls and foliage on a matted ground, marked on body, cover and finial, the tap detached
