Each with a Greek maiden holding in a lowered hand a staff or a club, and in her raised hand a foliate banded quiver issuing four scrolling foliate and floral branches terminating in lotus-leaf nozzles with removable foliate drip-pans, to the centre with a further similar branch with a foliate nozzle with flaming finial, on a stepped plinth with Nike to the front standing on two horse busts and to each side with a caduceus with laurel branches, on a foliate-rimmed base, drilled for electricity
