"In the lead pictures Frg's opposition to representation, to the methods of establishing form by means of linear contour, becomes manifest. He repudiates that which defines form because it obstructs spatial allusions. Conforming to this approach, (...) Frg wants to establish a pictorial form which is unequivocal space.
