A naturally dry Sherry drawn from the Amontillado Solera V.O. The concentration from patient ageing gives a high toned bouquet with elegance, a nutty flavour and very dry, almost salty, finish. It is typical from the classic amontillados from the Machcmudo district of Jerez, where Sandeman's Cerro Viejo vineyard is situated.
