diamonds suspending a series of diamond swags, each with a central
sapphire and three-stone spacer, to the twin-row diamond backchain with sapphire intersections, 41.0 cm.
With certificate from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating
that the sapphires are of Burmese origin and show no indication of
thermal enhancement
