printed with a vignette titled THE OLD ROTTEN TREE with the Whigs attacking the 'Rotten Borough' system defended by the Tories, the reverse with a vignette titled CONSITUTION HILL, below a shoulder moulded with flowers and leaves, the interior rim printed with flowers and Royal Devices, circa 1832 (very minor staining to handle) -- 13.5cm. high
