A Staffordshire pottery inverted baluster 'Reform' jug
perhaps Chetham & Robinson, transfer-printed in purple with a half-length portrait of King William IV in formal robes above inscription, the reverse inscribed REFORM, within a wreath of roses, thistles and shamrocks, inscribed REFORM LONG LIVE THE KING below the spout, circa 1831 (some minor flaking) -- 18cm. high
