of waisted form, moulded in relief with quarter-length portrait panels of Victoria and Albert, within scroll-moulded cartouches, either side of the Royal Arms, between bands of scrolls, enriched in matt gilding, blue crossed swords mark, circa 1840 (some rubbing to gilding) -- 13cm. high
