A Doulton stoneware loving cup
commemorating the Coronation of Edward VIII, 1937, moulded in white with a quarter-length profile portrait bust above a titled banner and tied wreaths, above sprigs of roses, thistle and shamrocks, the reverse moulded with St. George on a charger, above a similar wreath, with a plated rim, impressed mark, circa 1937 (some minor dents to rim) -- 17.5cm. high
