A Minton pte-sur-pte circular box and cover
commemorating the Coronation of Edward VIII, the cover carved by Richard Bradbury with a profile portrait bust, monogrammed, within the inscription MAY.12th.1937 KING.EDWARD.VIII, the box gilt with bands of English roses, shamrocks and thistles, gilt marks, No. 142 of 500, circa 1937 (some very minor rubbing to gilding) -- 8cm. diam.
