A finely carved .1/8in:1ft. scale partially planked model of a Royal Naval heavy frigate of circa 1794
built by E.A. Percy with bound masts, yards with foot ropes, standing and running rigging with scale blocks (incomplete), carved figurehead, hair rails, catheads, gratings, bitts, belaying rails and pins, hammock nettings, deck rails, companionways, capstan, cleats, double helm and other details. The hull, partially planked to reveal framing and with the upper deck mainly unplanked to reveal main deck details and upper deck beams, is finished in natural wood with carved stern and quarter window detailing -- 22 x 32in. (56 x 81.3cm.) Stand, loose pieces.
