A well detailed clinker built 1in.:1ft scale model of a Thames 24ft. double ended skiff
built by A.B. Britnell in contrasting woods, the planking being brass pinned mahogany over mahogany frames, with bottom boards, adjustable foot boards, gratings, thwarts, rowlocks, passengers seat with 'wicker' inlay, fenders and other details, finished in varnish. The hull is shown as in a workshop with duckboards, cushions, mast and sail, cushion's, varnish pot and other items, in a mahogany framed glazed case -- 8 x 19in. (21 x 75cm.)
