A cedar goblet, circa 1845
In the style of an earlier period, the lower bowl covered with a fan paterae spray, on a ring banded stem and circular stepped foot, the underside of the foot applied with a scribed paper label The wood of which the goblet if formed was cut from one of the cedars on mound Libanon (sic) in 1842 by Thomas Tardrew when on his travels with Lord Castlereagh
