Eton Eleven 1879. hand-coloured, mounted and captioned photograph of the Eton XI of 1879, 247 x 400mm., unframed.
This particular team contained many famous names not least of whom where the Hon M. B. Hawke, C. J. Studd, P. J. de Paravicini and H. W. Bainbridge.
Also included is a facsimilie of the 1910 Eton XI, a photograph by W. Butcher dated July 1910 of the Trinity Hall at St Gerrards (?) in Australia and a cut-down photograph mounted on board of an unkown Gentleman sitting holding a cricket bat. (4)
