with bright golden mohair, brown and black glass eyes, pronounced clipped snout, beige stitched nose, red stitched smiling mouth, swivel head, jointed shaped limbs, felt pads and growler --22in. (56cm.) tall, circa 1931 (mohair thin to forehead, snout and around eyes, small split to snout seam, left shoulder seam split, hole to left felt foot pad, considerable loss of mohair to part of left arm and left side of body and right inner leg, overall wear and loss of original colour to mohair, dirty); and a photograph of the teddy bear with original owner, dated 1938
