of casket form with diaper pattern, the double lid with a posy of three roses and other flowers; the first lid fitted with a mirror in chequered surround; the top compartment with prints of winged cherubs; the lower lid fitted with two further prints ; the main compartment decorated with rose pink coloured diamonds, light green highlights and medallions, with two lidded compartments with prints framing an ogival case, and a needlecase flanked by two fitted bright pink pin cushions; the base with two drawers, both decorated with prints, French, late eighteenth century - 12.5 x 7.2 x 7cms
