The arched case with brass cornucopiae and loop handles to the sides above arched fishscale sound frets, with brass lined recessed panel to the front within a moulded border and inlaid with cut brass, on ball feet, later panel to rear door, the white painted Roman dial (re-touched), with steel moon hands, the twin gut fusee movement with anchor escapement and strike on bell, engraved border to the backplate, with pendulum holdfast secured below
