A Chinese pale celadon jade snuff bottle
modelled as a bean pod and carved in shallow relief with numerous insects amongst further pods and leaves, rose quartz stopper -- 2in. (7cm.) high; and a pale green hardstone bottle of plain form, coral stopper -- 2in. (5.7cm.) high, both 19th Century, with wood stands and fitted boxes.
