A Beijing purple overlay glass snuff bottle
carved on a snowstorm ground to one side with a scholar and boy below a pine tree, the reverse with a boy seated on the back of a waterbuffalo, hardstone stopper -- 3in. (7.5cm.) high; and an amber overlay glass snuff bottle, decorated with carp leaping from foaming waves amongst lotus, coral stopper -- 3in. (7.5cm.) high, 19th Century.
