painted and gilt to the exterior with a continuous scene of a festival with figures drawing a large cart along a street among musicians and further figures watching on from the sides and on balconies of pavilions set among pine and blossoming trees, the interior with bands of kiku heads and stylised scrolling foliage -- 12in. (30.5cms) diam, 19th century, (glaze crackled).
