unsigned, with draw-tube focusing, the bull's-eye condenser on articulated mount, the stage with slide clamp, the axis on two pillar supports raised on the gilt-splash green painted iron stand, complete with accessories in mahogany case -- 10in. (27.3cm.) wide, the interior of the lid with supplier's stamp, indistinct but dated 24 December 1884 in Grenoble
