QAJAR PERSIA, CIRCA MID-19TH CENTURY
Comprising twelve square tiles in cuerda seca technique, with a central lobed ogival blue cartouche filled with white arabesques and two similar smaller cartouches above and below surrounded by paired goats and dogs on a yellow ground filled with birds and floral meander within an ogival arch, an outer border of floral meander on a blue ground, small damages to edges of individual tiles, generally good condition
