The upper part with a moulded dentil cornice and interlaced blind fret-carved frieze, fitted with adjustable shelves enclosed by a pair of glazed astragal panel doors, the serpentine lower part with a dummy drawer fronted fall with a secret compartment and enclosing a part fitted interior with drawers and central enclosed compartment, fitted with three long banded drawers below between rounded stop fluted stiles, on bracket feet, the bookcase top probably associated, old restorations
