decorated in underglaze blue, iron red and grisaille enamels with a dragon chasing a flaming pearl to the centre within a border of birds among sprays of peonies, chrysanthemums and blossoming prunus issuing from rockwork -- 10in. (26.6cms) diam, underglaze blue Tongzhi six character mark and of the period, (rim section restuck).
