A rare Elizabethan panel of blackwork embroidery, worked in black silk and gold thread on linen with raised work vines, pears, strawberries, Tudor roses, pomegranates, honeysuckle, gillyflowers and jonquils, with stretcher holes, English, circa 1585-90, damage to one corner
