An oak canopied press cupboard, Yorkshire/Lancashire, late 17th century
the upper tier with sloping roof and turned column supports, above a projecting frieze geometrically scratch carved and dated 1670, above a pair of panelled doors between plain panels, with a further triple panelled door below flanked by an arrangement of three panels to either side, on channelled stile feet -- 69in. (175cm.) wide, 71in. (180cm.) high, 25in. (64cm.) deep
