A Coalport turquoise-blue-ground two-handled vase and cover
of tapering cylindrical form, the handles moulded with lion's masks, on four paw feet, painted by Frederick Chivers with apples and plumbs among leaves on a bed of earth, signed, within a raised gilt scrolls quatrefoil panels garlanded with ivy leaves, the reverse with a lesser panel similar, between ivory-ground sections gilt with leaves, shape 200, pattern V.7636, printed crown marks, circa 1910 -- 17cm. high
