with a dentil and cavetto moulded cornice above a pair of astragal glazed doors enclosing three adjustable shelves, the secretaire drawer below enclosing pigeon holes, drawers and a leather-lined writing surface, on a pair of panelled cupboard doors enclosing two adjustable shelves flanked by six graduated short drawers to either side, on splayed bracket feet, the top associated, losses, the locks stamped Chubbs New Patent, 57, St Pauls Courtyard, London, D21691 -- 45in.
